Slight hassle as product ordered and order confirmation received was out of stock. Was informed of this the same day and alternative offered. I replied that I wanted what I ordered or nothing and was told that there might be another item available from suppliers. Ten days later I got confirmation that order would be sent to me, and sure enough it arrived.
Thanks to Sibs / Graham for going to the extra effort. - appreciated.

I am french and there was a color error in my order, i sent 3 mails to know what to do and i have not received any response !! I find it very not serious and i would not recommand this seller in France !

I ordered some clothes for my son for Christmas, he wanted a bigger size for one item then all the rest, they didn't have the big size in stock, so they called me and offered to send the same size as all of the other items, and if it didn't fit I could return it after Christmas free of charge and exchange it for a different item if required.
I received all of my items within a few days...great service, will definitely use them again.
