Order authorized 9/10/2024, payment accepted (ofc), waiting for refill of the stock (as always), changed the order to make everything easier and faster.
In the meanwhile 6 or 7 calls, plus mail conversation, to manage the best way to get finally some product.
3 calls after that moment without answer.
Finally answered on 4/11/2024 by saying "tomorrow the package will be sent, cos products arrived today".
On the site, changed the order in "sent" mode with a tracking number, going on the tracking site and magic: "order reserved to be sent, but not received".
Until now, 12/11/2024 no answers on phone to have a discussion about that.
If they could answer, at least, i would just delete the order, but no way to contact them.

Thank you, very lovely. Costumer support did let me know and find alternative solutions when item was out of stock. I am happy and looking forward to shop again in future.😊

Nell'ordine c'era anche un profumo che cercavo da tantissimo ma in Italia era difficile da reperire perchè ancora non disponibile.
Ricevuti anche 3 campioncini in omaggio, sicuramente effettuerò un altro ordine a breve, consigliatissimo
