The pulses are so flavourful, the dolmades are out of this world (I think hands-down the best I've ever had), the spanakopita is so lush it should be illegal, and the slaw is light and bright. Between the quality of the food and the wonderful customer service, I couldn't recommend Gaia Pulses enough.
