Kingdom Strollers was a pleasure to work with. They were there at the time I scheduled the drop off and pick up for. I even missed the pick up time because I forgot and they were gracious and just came back later. It was in great condition and very clean. The stroller was a lifesaver for us everyday in the parks. I would rent from them again in a heartbeat. Very highly recommended.

The stroller was used condition with a little sun damage but clean and worked pretty well. Easy to push. It was hard to fold to get onto the bus and other transportation but that is not the rentals problem. Rental service was great.

We were very happy with our rental from Kingdom Strollers. We picked up at the airport, where our stroller was ready and waiting for us, took less than 5 minutes. The stroller itself was in good shape and very easy to use, and the rain cover ended up being a lifesaver on a very rainy day. When it was time to return the stroller, it was just as easy. We did resort pick up and just handed it off to the pick up person. Our kids were comfortable and we were able to carry all our stuff. We're so glad we decided to rent from kingdom strollers.

The staff at Kingdom Strollers were incredibly helpful. My trip ended up being a disaster from the start. Our original flight was canceled so I wouldn't be there in time for the dropoff I scheduled. Incredibly easy to change with just a quick phone call. Then I wasn't going to make it to the 2nd time since the bus was taking a while, was able to change the drop off a 2nd time without an issues. And then we got covid and got stuck in Disney World and had to rearrange the pickup times. The staff were so friendly and flexible and worked with us throughout all of this. The stroller was perfect. Clean working order. Zero complaints about the product itself. All in all, very positive experience.
