My order has been sent back to Kronstadt because it was rejected at the border with the UK. I NEVER GOT A REFUND!! And my 3 emails to customer service have been left with no answer. This is theft, AVOID!

[Edit] After posting this I finally got contacted by customer service, telling me that they have not received my emails which I find odd since I've sent them to 3 of their email addresses just to make sure... Anyway, I got a refund in the end so changing the rating.
