Pas sérieux...plus d'un mois pour retrouver ma commande et quand j'arrive enfin à obtenir une réponse où il s'engage à régler leur peu de professionnalisme, il annule la commande. Bref tient pas parole.

Compré una chaqueta. No me enviaron correo para seguir mi envío. Me mandaron un correo diciendo que la chaqueta se había devuelto a origen, ya que habían llamado a casa sin éxito y dejado en DHL. DHL Tampoco envió ningún correo. Que me cobran 11,90 de gastos de devolución y me lo restan a la cantidad que pagué si quiero la devolución del dinero o que me cobran eso y otros 6,95 si quiero que me lo envíen de nuevo. Vaya estafadores.

Compre una portería de 3x3 y a la hora de montarla se habían doblado los tornillos, puse reclamación y no he recibido respuesta, fatal. Tengo fotos de todo.
