I received a text that a technical courier would call on the day (12th Feb). A courier arrived and asked me to help carry the boxed chair into my house. Given that I ordered the chair following spinal surgery this was not a good start. He left immediately.
I then read the notice that the chair should have been assembled and the rubbish cleared. This obviously hadn't happened. I therefore struggled to assemble the chair myself, causing further pain. I managed to work out the more obvious settings (there were no instructions provided).
An hour or so later I received a phone call asking if my chair had been delivered, I said yes and that I had managed to build it to the best of my ability. Your representative then said "oh, you have already built it, shall I come round and show you how it works". To say the least, I was not happy. As I needed to rest, I told him he could get in touch the day after (which would be 13th Feb). I will see if that happens.
So, in short, no, I am not satisfied with your service. As a follow up, no engineer came the following day to check the chair build, go through settings etc and the packaging is still blocking my hall as this wasn't taken away either.
