The login process was hard to figure out, and it was several days before I was answered by their customer support on what I should do. Once I got past that it was a smooth process. They really should merge the screens for members vs individual purchases, that was also confusing.

I paid for a live webinar, I was never given access to watch the session. I ended up totally missing my session which cost me hours I needed for my license renewal, plus I missed out on work that day specifically for this course!! I have asked 2x for a refund. I asked again this past week and still have not heard back. I really would like a refund because I kind of feel scammed. This was my first time using this company for coursework. I would not trust them again after this. $80 for nothing
