I initially worked with James, an Account Manager. He was very prompt and super helpful! Then FedEx lost half of the order (no fault of Bouncepad). Remi, a Customer Service Assistant, helped get replacements on the way ASAP, and told me he would follow up with FedEx. Both took great concern for the frustrating situation FedEx caused and went out of their way to make it better. I haven't even installed the product yet, but highly recommend this company based on the customer service alone!

I ordered the Static 60 and it arrived quickly, is a solid construction and looks great. The pinhole power port is a bit fiddly to find the power button but I like having the option to be able to properly turn the iPad off overnight/when not in use.
