"Do not trust this vintner."

I recently tried to import two cases of wine into the UK. On the promised date of delivery, I waited in all day only to discover, after calling UPS, that Vinothèque du Léman had not completed the customs documents correctly and the wine was being returned to them. I contacted VDL and received a response from Antoine that they would sort out the problem. That was then it, no further action was taken by VDL and so I cancelled the order. I did not receive a refund and contacted Barclaycard to dispute the transaction. VDL then lied, claiming I had received the wine but I was able to prove otherwise; Barclaycard upheld the dispute and I was able to get my money back.
Beware of this vintner, when things go wrong they cannot be trusted and their customer service is non-existent.

Bonjour, délai de livraison au top, emballage du produit parfait, qualité du produit en accord. Un seul petit bémol, sur mon produit il a fallu cassé le plomb de sertissage pour protéger la bouteille à l'intérieur du coffret, ce que je comprends parfaitement, j aurai juste aimé en être averti à la commande.
Je recommande et recommanderai votre site et son sérieux
