I would give this a 0 rating if I could! It is terrible! Mine was from Spectrum. They advertise a buy out from a previous contract if you sign up with their service. That is false advertising because you can NOT use this card! It is impossible! When I went on To try to transfer it to my bank account as it stated you could do, it kept kicking me out of Captcha , I called, could not understand reps. Broken English then after someone called me and left voice message And number get no answer! Thought I would go ahead and use it as credit card instead! Christmas. Coming No deal! That doesn’t work either. I think I’m going to report this to BBBas fraudulent business practice.

I have a prepaid account which my salary is paid into. Wirecard is blocking me from transferring my money from my wirecard account using Transferwise in order to save some of my hard earned cash. After numerous emails I began to suspect they were stonewalling me in setting up a transfer and having two phone calls confirmed this. They contradicted their own information on the website several times when asking them why it wasn't possible to set up an option to transfer my money. Awful.

We received a Wire Card for a refund. It is impossible to register it on line. By telephone every response you give, recording says we're sorry - we did not understand your response. Then tells you they can't help you with anything else and says goodbye. There is no way to speak to anyone as far as I can tell. Completely aggravating! Can't zero out to speak to someone on either the phone number on the front of the card or the customer service number on the back of the card. Both just keep saying we can't help you and goodbye.

I have been trying to login so as to cancel the Wirecard account sent as my rebate by AT&T for closing the TV contract since we moved as of August 22, 2019. I/we paid our AT&T bills each month by bank check & AT&T wants to return the rebate amount with the Wirecard card. I've been unable to login when entering the code letters/numbers provided it tells me they don't match. They match on every attempt therefore the login procedure is corrupt. All I want is a paper check not a "Prepaid Card." GET IT DONE!

Nachdem ich hier die vielen positiven Rezensionen über die Wirecard App Boon. Planet gelesen habe, war ich neugierig und habe mir die App sofort auf mein Smartphone installiert und mich verifiziert. Da alles so schnell und reibungslos vonstatten ging, habe ich Boon. am gleichen Tag ausprobiert. Kaufland, Pit Stop, Star Tankstelle mit dem Smartphone bezahlt. Easy going.

The card had over 220$ in charges from California and new york both places i do not live nor have been. I contacted them about these charges to get my hard earned money back and they said they would look into it and send me a new card in 3 to 5 business days and its been alot longer then that, i have bills and kids to provide for I cant wait for a card to come when ever they feel like it and call and have them lie to me, just give me my money or send me a card when you say you will

Habe mir testweise 500€ überwiesen und in diversen Geschäften eingekauft. Bisher immer mit Handy bezahlt und das funktionierte problemlos. Auch ohne Empfang.
0 € monatliche Kontoführungsgebühren sind einiges weniger als ich bisher bezahle und bezahlen mit Handy ist auch ziemlich praktisch.
