It is a 7/10 for me. I like the that you deliver exactly on the date of delivery and that your support is so polite but I will say the way you handle package needs work. My car came in with a few scratches and it wasn't accounted for. But the support was reassuring and apologetic so I'll pass. Great overall. It is my second experience with you though.

I have made a total of 6 deliveries and in all I would give them a 90% rating (this is putting into consideration that I had a little hiccup with one delivery which was later sorted out).

They are always on time and I'll continue to work with them.

He saw my husband at the window
He had no parcel with him
Absolutely no intentions of delivering parcel
I have RING so I can prove all this
It was raining so they NOW
just deliver in Sunny weather??
My parcel was from Amazon who were not interested and did nothing
ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE THESE DAY JUST DONT CARE
VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED
