"Buen servicio al cliente"

Buen servicio al cliente, debido a la compra online las joyas no eran de la talla, pero el servicio al cliente pra el cambio es muy bueno. Una pena no tener más tiendas físicas, los anillos se ven de buena calidad !

Es mi primera compra.
Ha llegado en el corto periodo de tiempo que dijeron y me ha sorprendido la delicadeza y gusto con que me la han enviado: una cajita dentro de una bolsa de tela con una tarjeta perfumada y personalizada.
Y por supuesto la joya es preciosa.

La recomiendo mucho. Las joyas son preciosas y la atención al cliente en mi caso inmejorable. Tube un problemilla con un pendiente y me enviaron uno nuevo al día siguiente. He hecho varios pedidos y siempre muy contenta :)

Le compre unos pendientes a mi mujer y unas pulseras a mi hermana. Y después de unos meses ambas están encantadas con la calidad.
Además la entrega es súper rápida.

"Very poor quality"

Very poor quality! I placed a big order of 13 items, for quite an amount of money but after only wearing some of the necklaces and bracelet a few times, they were already broken. These items lasted for about 2 months - not even wearing them on a daily basis. One set of earrings with clip lock close poorly and open up while wearing.

I ordered some more hoops and another bracelet, which are fine - at least until now, as i‘m also not wearing them regularly.

Overall the products are very overpriced for the quality and the customer service does not really care.
Unprofessional handling of complaints and poor quality products.
Therefore I do not recommend to buy jewellery at this shop. At least in my experience, it’s a waste of money.

Calidad pésima. Me regalaron un anillo por mi cumpleaños. A los 2 días se le había quitado el baño de oro por toda la parte inferior del anillo. Pedí soluciones y me dijeron que se debía al mal uso, cuando no lo mojé ni manché en ningún momento.

First I got a broken earring (maybe it broke during the shipping idk), then I wrote a letter to Holibia’s team, they were so nice and 3days later my new earring arrived from Spain to Hungary. I would definitely recommend them, except that broken one the quality is perfect.

Mis pendientes de boda fueron de Hölibia y eran perfectos. He hecho más pedidos y todo muy bien, la entrega es súper rápida y los productos tienen buena calidad

Quality is very very poor. After a few days, the gold plating already went off. I can no longer wear both products shortly after ordering.
