Delivered next day, kept up to date with the arrival time by phone and e-mail. Given 2 hour time slot on day of arrival to allow someone to be at home. Arrived bang on time.

Take note other companies....this is the way online ordering should be!!.

I ordered a microwave in Sunday, for Tuesday delivery. I had a confirmation email followed by another email letting me know my time slot. The item arrived in time, well packaged. I then ordered the housing the following day amd received similarly good service. I would have no qualms recommending them.

It was so easy to order, communication from 365 was really good from start to finish, received Txt messages and emails, they delivered within the time slot they said, would buy from them again.

Easy ordering process. 365electrical were not the cheapest but when you took into account the free next day delivery they provided the best value, and quicker delivery. Item arrived bang in the middle of the time slot allocated to me in the e-mail the night before and the driver rang about 25 minutes before he arrived to tell us how far away he was. Polite and helpfull. He took away my old appliance for which I paid a small fee when ordering.
Would use them again and would also strongly recomend them to others.
