My experience with Singaprinting was really smooth & hassle-free.

Prices are really reasonable as well, and Sam, who assisted with my ordering was very helpful and patient too.

Would recommend Singaprinting to my friends if they need any printing services in the future.

Made an order on 17th NOV.
After amendments, auto request for proof will be sent to me. Original Order $102, but was told to top up $30 to upgrade material etc, I made both payments via PayPal accordingly. But the proof from the automated system is always wrong and each time I feedback about this, a different person will reply and the wrong thing will come back again.

After a few round of frustrations dealing with the wrong proof, I decided to cancel my order on the 7th DEC 2022. Was promised refund within 5-7 business days.

9th JAN 2023
Still no refund from Paypal. I emailed and was told that person in charge on leave and it is being processed and they will need ANOTHER 5-7 business days to update me.

18th JAN 2023.
Still no refund of my $132 as yet, so I am writing this review now. Calls to the company at 530pm went unanswered as well.
