"Things were going great until I opted…"

Things were going great until I opted to use this service to complete my capstone/practicum. I paid for the service in July 2023 and was promised that my practicum would start end of September/early October. I heard nothing until I started reaching out to them in September when I was told not to worry everything would be fine. October 20th I reached out again because I hadn’t heard anything and my new. Billing cycle was going to be starting. They assured me that things were fine and that my preceptor has already started working on my required documents. I was told that we were on track to get the capstone/practicum started. October 28 I was told that I would have a meeting with my site preceptor by Sunday - I never heard anything. November 5 reassured that I wouldn’t be left in the lurch and nothing happened. Novemebrr 20th I was asked for more money for a preceptor fee - that preceptor was submitted and received a rejection letter since the selected preceptor did not meet the minimum requirements. WS defended their use of this preceptor but assured me they would find me a new one. WS told me it was their responsibility on 11/22 and my class would be opened within 10 days. I could go on but here it is December 21st and I am in fact left in the lurch.

Professional and reliable company. All my orders were submitted before or on time. The assistance from company allowed me to receive A's in at least three courses. In one instance I did not receive the grade I wanted, I expressed this to my advisor who fixed the issue immediately. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends.
