Worst company ever. I was some other company carried what the do. Ripped me off, lost my order, just unwilling to help. I will not use their company ever again. Used them years ago, same issues, nothing has changed.

Century has a great variety of products. Pricing is not always the best but still competitive. Shipping is fast. Very innovative with new designs and products. For school owners sometimes best to order a sample before quantity orders.

"I bought the Stealth Kamas for my dad's …"
I bought the Stealth Kamas for my dad's birthday since he can learn a weapon at Karate. When we got them they are no better than a child's toy and felt like cheap plastic. Definitely not worth the price! When I returned them I not only had to pay for shipping the item back, but they don't refund you the shipping either from when they sent it like other others. Very disappointed and annoyed. Will never order from again.

"Did not deliver!"
Had no trouble ordering the items, but when it came time for delivery, I was charged $10 and never received them. After waiting an extra week I finally called customer service. I was informed that the package had been returned to Century due to damage to the packaging. I was never notified, so I never thought to check my credit card statement (as they had reimbursed my card a week after the product had been unknowingly returned). To make up for a month long wait for items, they did nothing other than charge me again for the same product, but they covered the shipping. Gee,how nice of them. Let's hope it gets here this time.

"Problems"
During the order process, the website crashed, creating a duplicate order. No one in the Shipping Dept. caught the fact that two identical sets of orders with sequential order numbers were generated. I would think that this would have been worth a quick phone call.
The Bo-Staff arrived broken. The outer package was perfect, so I can only assume that someone in the Shipping Dept. just doesn't care about what they ship out to the customer.
I called about the breakage and was told to send pictures. I sent the pictures and was told that "it would be taken care of". I followed up with an email asking when I would be receiving a replacement, but have yet to receive a response. Normally you would expect any company to work hard to restore confidence after an error like this occurs, but not in this case.
I will probably have to call Century a third time regarding the double charges, I had refused delivery of the 2nd order as was instructed by Customer Support, but after the first two errors, I seriously doubt they will automatically refund the duplicate charge to my credit card.
I am not pleased with Century Martial Arts. This doesn't inspire confidence for any future orders.
