"Pay me back! Worst experience ever!"

I chose travel junction for a plane ticket this year. However, even if I submitted my GO letter to ask for a full refund to my ticket and contacted the airline for approval, travel junction, just as an agency, refused to process the refund. I have to ask the airline customer service to contact travel junction. Now, after 3 months, travel junction still got my ticket not refunded! The manager is Sam Ozy! Pay me back, travel junction!
