Craggs was superb. He lived up to everything he promised about the delivery.

And when I notified him that I was dissatisfied with the user manual that came with the product and, more importantly, that the German website from which it said I could obtain a complete user manual did not even provide English names for its products, he immediately contacted the supplier to ask for a document I could understand.

As it happened, I managed to get the product connected and functioning without needing the manual, after all, and I'm entirely satisfied with it.

So, the problems with the user manual notwithstanding, G Craggs deserves the highest possible rating.
