The event was a hybrid event for people who physically attended the 2 day seminar and for people to attend remotely via Zoom.
The content really tied a number of investment techniques and strategies together and made the process a lot clearer to be a successful professional Property Deal Packager.
Thos of us online were able to network in 'virtual breakout rooms', chaired by one of PIN's Mentors who moderated the sessions and lent a lot of additional value.

"Deal Sourcing Live and Online, 25-26 November "

This interactive hybrid course (live and online) was one of the best property training courses I have attended, delivered by one of the industry greats (Simon Zutshi). I have spent two days listening to expert speakers and hearing their property journeys, enabling me to review my own challenges and recording key distinctions (ie. lessons learned) from each day in the interactive handbook. One drawback: there were some technical problems with the sound and Simon went a little too fast for me to take down all the notes in my handbook, but I have learnt enough to confidently fill in the missing words by myself. I would highly recommend this course - online is much cheaper if financial constraints are an issue - and you will come away feeling motivated, with new insights, and a sense of urgency to implement all that you have learnt. Excellent.
