I wanted to buy Resmed F-20 Medium size vencro strap. However this was not available on your site to buy. I had to choose some other model strap. I chose to buy Large size - I think it was n-20.
When I received the item, I was shocked to see that it does not enter my head and was useless. the straps are very short and I cannot tie it to my cushion.
I am stuck with a device I am unable to use. This is just because you stopped offering F-20 model strap - I wonder why.
Kindly let me know what can you do to remedy the situation?

1. The return process on your website doesn't work. I can send you screenshots if you send me a contact email address.
2. The ClimateLine Air tube that I've purchased is not compatible with my Resmed S9 series CPAP machine. 1) There is no compatibility information mentioned on the website in the product catalog and 2) I had specifically called up your customer care to check for compatibility before making my purchase, and they have misled me into believing that the tube is compatible.
I'm unhappy with my wasted time and effort. Request you to contact me on phone / email to fix my problem.
