Ordered Christmas items as soon as they went on sale. Had email saying all items are being sent out. However upon receipt I discovered the main item I had ordered, a Xmas light up deer plus a small set of lights was missing. I contacted Bents who said they would look into why it wasn’t in the order. The following day I received a reply that another could not be sent as out of stock. I was annoyed as they were definitely in stock when I ordered. I have also asked about the lights that I ordered but had no reply about this and I am still waiting for a refund. I’m very disappointed about the service online and would be very apprehensive about ordering online again

"I left a perfectly good job to work…"
I left a perfectly good job to work here, Alan the head of security said how much notice do you need to give as we are getting desperate, one month of working there they brought another OAP in to do security and terminated my contract claiming it was because I couldn't work a full weekend due to having my grandson, which they knew all about at the interview before they took me on.
So they got me to leave a job to work at Bents for 4 week (Christmas busy period) then terminated my contract and left me without a job or money.
They get away with it because they are a "family run business " on their own land so basically they can do what they want!!!
Biggest mistake of my life going to work for them so be warned avoid at all cost because if they don't like you they will get rid!!!!!!

Why do Bents allow orders take payment only to then cancel and refund surely they should fulfil order before asking for payment unhappy customer and waste of time

There was an item missing from my order. I phoned the helpline and the last was very helpful. Missing item was sent out the same day.
