"Post-purchase communication"

The platform in itself is well made. The artist contacted me to know if I would be interested in buying the same print in a slighlty different size. It didn't bother me, but after I answered yes, I had no feedback. I don't know when I am going to receive the print or if I am going to have a tracking number. It would be nice to have a little bit more confirmation beyond the receipt.
