I could not believe how much safer I feel having Yellow Jacket and the training of how to use it properly. Our daughters are 16 and 23 and they are both getting one this week. Also I was really impressed with the customer service after the sale. I had some questions and was wonderfully surprised at the level of attentiveness by your employee. She was knowledgeable beyond expectations and patient as well. Keep up the good work and I will be telling everyone I know what a great product and company Yellow Jacket is.

I like the yellow jacket case although they changed it for the 10 it’s a little different seems a little heavier than it was for the 8 the 8 you can put the front and the back together but the the 10 you have to squeeze it down in I’m not sure I like this style better but the product is great I feel a lot safer with this when I go out at night

The stun gun loses charge very quickly, if it charges at all... just a heavy, bulky phone case that never worked. Waste of $.
