"NorthOne Bank Pulls Random Account Freezes"

I have been using NorthOne as my business bank account and not had any major issues until now.

Today I am at the warehouse to buy materials and pay some a few drivers, and my card doesn't work. I know I have plenty of funds, but I am like "damn how did someone hack my account?". This is not only embarrassing and annoying, but it screws up all the paymants and I had to put people on hold while I sort it out.

Since NorthOne has no customer service apparently, it screwed everything up and after a long time of trying to find out what it going on, I searched all my email filters for Northone. Turns out within the last 48 hours they randomly froze my entire account and gave this f***cking stupid message. They basically said they "randomly freeze account to verify it is not fraud" WHAT THE F***CK!? Then they ask for gov ids, proof of addresses, and other business documents.

Still haven't heard back from them, but how is this even legal? You can't just freeze an account entirely for no reason and without a heads. It would be one thing if I spent like $100K randomly or something, but this is uncalled for.
