"Click and Collect PERFECT"
Ive used TLC Penge in shop a few times for bits and pieces and always had a good experience. This time i placed an order online £100 for light switches. It was Sunday evening and really i needed items early Monday morning. So browsed website and found items i needed at a good price. Went through online purchase process for Click and Collect also asking what time i would like to collect order. I went for 7.30am to 9am. Shop opens at 7.30am. At 6.43 i received an Email and Text telling me my items were ready to collect. Very impressed a process i will definitely use again. Visit to shop gave my order number and my items were all baged up ready to go. Excellent service.
A Day later.
Just wanted to give an update. Proceeded to fit my switches, now fitting fan isolator switch i started to have problems all wired, it was working but on moving swing to screw to back box the fan stopped then started again. I re wired and happened again. Decided to return to TLC spoke to Micheal Madigan who was on the front desk serving. What a gentleman he was so apologetic i had to make a journey back to the shop. We will exchange the item straight away, he was surprised at the problem. No problems at all so far with these switches. I said it could be me but he insisted an exchange and he will test the switch later and will let me know, again apologising for the hassle it had caused. Fitted the exchange switch and worked perfect. Received a call from Micheal he said we have tested the switch and seems fine but we will still send back to manufacturer it could be intermittent fault and again an apology for the hassle. Thank you Micheal a true gentleman and you will be getting more of my custom.
