Awful customer service! Returned a product middle of January, they signed for the returned item but never refunded me I’ve had to open an investigation with Klarna who now have to get involved as DryDogs seem to be ignoring every email I send about this and it’s now nearly been 3 weeks since I last heard from them. Awful customer service never buying from them again.

Ordered the wrong size but was able to get it replaced by return. The waterproof coat is just what I’ve spent such a long time looking for. Easy to put on, keeps my dogs chest and stomach a lot dryer. I will definitely recommend your company and dog coats to friends.

Ordered two lots of jumpers for my lurchers- size guide no where near correct or close to it.
Really expensive for the material quality. Wouldn’t recommend and certainly won’t buy from this site again! Contact number provided doesn’t get answered, but you do get cut off after a few rings.
