Once the claim had reach a sticking point and was starting to drag on, Alex was able to liaise efficiently with between the insurer and the assessor in order to reach a resolution that worked for us. Alex was very professional throughout and was proactive in progressing the claim.

In the past I have been a little skeptical of such reviews, as I am used to making my own financial planning decisions, but I approached this with an open mind. I found this review refreshingly considered and thorough. I found the opportunity to work through and challenge what I was doing from a fresh perspective very useful. I liked Rebecca's structured approach, the level of detail in the analyses, the way the recommendations were supported and justified, plus the additional insights in various areas that I had not been aware of.
