"Disposing of the pallet is YOUR problem"
Fifteen tiles delivered on a big pallet. Instead of taking the tiles off the pallet and taking the pallet away with them, they just left it. Now I have no way of disposing of the pallet and Porcelain Superstore or the delivery won't help and don't seem to care. I could do without the grief.

"Poor quality product."
Poor quality product.
The crackle galze bottle green tile is such a beautiful colour. However beware they are the most awful tile to cut!
The tile itself will cut into a straight line however the crackle glaze will chip and crack leaving a terrible edge on the tile.
Unfortunately when this was communicated to porcelain superstore they took no responsibility of the quality which is very disappointing. Especially when their leaflet states' good old fashioned service'
So unless you have got no cutting or the cut edges are hidden beware.
Also beware of the ridiculous delivery charges of £30!! When you have had to use so many extra tiles because of the poor quality of the glaze you could end up having to order extra resulting in anther £30 delivery charge!!!

I recently contacted this company requesting one large tile sample. I received a great service from Sam who was very helpful indeed, The tile came quickly and was well packaged. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to others.

Ordered samples of Arctic beige and italia calcatta .
The tiles arrived well packaged and along with my partner we chose the Arctic beige for kitchen/ garden room.
We ordered online - an extremely easy process and after choosing the delivery date awaited the tiles to arrive.
They arrived as planned and look amazing insitu.

"Got wrong product, but they would not return or refund."
I ordered Casablanca tiles with lots of vibrant colours and more expensive, but was sent Taco which are more earthy colours and cheap. I contacted the seller , but A said although my order clearly says Casablanca tiles and the boxes arrived in Taco tiles boxes and completely different colours, I would bare the cost of return. I also explained that my builder has to use them immediately hence how inconvenience is the whole situation, he would not return them nor part refund although it is the wrong product. I had to use some of the more colourful ones, which were few, and bought some more from someone else... Awful service.

"This company has the worst customer service ever!"
This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever had, once they have your money they don’t care in the slightest. They overcharge on their delivery to make up for the fact that they sell their tiles too cheap. They aren’t knowlegable about the business and don’t actually have any idea what the cost is, so will give you a number of reasons as to why they charge what they do, from the type of courier, to parcel insurance, to subsidising the staffing costs for the packaging of the tiles. No empathy for their customers, suggesting that I could drive to their showroom to collect one box of tiles (over an hour each way) hardly cost effective and very difficult for anyone who works and has a family. Told me they don’t know what my problem is as I have my tiles. Say they are committed to great customer service but won’t do anything to rectify a bad situation and an unhappy customer. Money grabbers! Avoid!

Really happy with tiles I ordered, they were stunning and different to anything else I have seen. However some were broken during transit when i received them. I called Sam at customer service who sorted out replacements and I had them delivered next day. So i can highly recommend this company. The service I received was excellent.

Cancelled an order and was told that i would be charged delivery of items. I queried this as in the terms and conditions it states that full refunds including delivery are given. As i had not received any shipping confirmation or tracking code i asked them to send proof that the items had been shipped - at which point there customer services team stopped replying to emails.

Check every box on delivery.
When my tiler opened the last 3 boxes some 5 days after delivery ( Wednesday having been delivered the Friday before) every tile had a broken corner.
E-mailed PSS and explained and sent photos only to be told that I should have contacted them within 48 hours and that as an exception in this case if I re-ordered extra they would allow me 15% off the extra ones!
It’s a pity as the Oder arrived on time and the tiles are lovely.
