"DO NOT ORDER FROM WEBSITE!!!"

The power of a bad review...🙄

I placed an order on 26/06/24 for a hair bow and paid for next day delivery.
As of today (08/08/24) I still haven't received my order.
Despite several attempts to contact Poppydoll via email, messenger, and phone calls I've had no response.
I bought the item I had order from Poppydoll elsewhere...so requesting a refund of just £11.95.
Despite the above, I received and email today (08/08/24) asking if they can help me with anything and to head over to their website to view their large selection of boys & girls clothes. I have made that email my profile picture above foe you to see
I'm not sure what is going with this company...but I'd advise to avoid ordering from them.

They have a great selrction of clothes. Unfortunately there was a delay with my order. I requested updates but found their responses very slow. Eventually I was advised that they could not locate the items I had ordered. After a few days later I was informed one item had been located. They did refund the amount for the item that wasnt available but I was still charged the same amount for delivery. Under the circumstances I feel I should have been offered some compensation.

Great communication ,delivery is all ways fast and very well packed ,child is all ways very happy as there is also a sweet treat for her it's the little things that makes the difference, quality of clothes are all ways great also there's always a great selection, if your size is not available owner goes above and beyond to find what your looking for ,all ways happy to measure the garments if needed as it's not all ways possible to visit store or know the sizing as many brands can be different would definitely recommend we have been ordering for the store for over 5 years and never an issue all way positive x
