If you need to expedite your passport process, they’re a good option. They did my NIN/Passport, tracked my date and process throughout, I didn’t really need to do anything aside from provide them initial documents, they handled the rest from there. Gave 4 star instead of 5 due to being more pricey than people who I know have done their Nigerian passport recently.

I used GlobalPlugServices two times to issue a single and a multiple entry business visa, both times providing a very tight deadline. The team was extremely professional and managed to deliver both times, issuing the visas the day after my appointment. As for the appointment, unlike other agencies that do not do evening appointments, GlobalPlugServices were able to book an appointment with the OIS office the requested time and day. Cannot recommend any other agency for fast and secure delivery!
