Very happy with the service, if anything they were too efficient as the door was available much earlier than anticipated but we were away on holiday at the time.
Expert were also one of a couple of suppliers that called to the house to measure up, others wanted us to call to their showrooms, why? I knew what I wanted, that’s what the internet is for but I wanted the professionals to do the measuring which Expert did.
Finally the fitters arrived the day that was arranged nice and early and the lads were efficient, friendly and cleaned as they went along.
Well recommended and I look forward to Expert quoting for new windows next year.

We were introduced to expert windows by a family friend. My father was a builder and new the business. Expert Windows did my parents full house of all windows and doors and a skylight in my father’s downstairs room as he was now in wheelchair.
Sasha had sat with my father explaining the whole project and the installation process.They certainly are an excellent company to deal with. The full project was completed exactly as planned with expertness and efficiency. Since our project 3 other family members have used expert windows with the same results.
I’m not one for writing reviews but felt that they certainly awarded earned one.

"NO aftercare, leaking since the job"

Got them to fit windows in our extension roof. The window has been leaking ever since they changed the windows. They refused to come & rv their work, stating it was not their problem. Shocking customer service. DONT hire them!!!

To clarify, you did NOT send anyone out to review the window. That is not true.
