We switched our phone system to a Wildix solution provided by Flex Telecom just before the recent COVID-19 lockdown. All of our staff are able to operate successfully remotely with the system and both the interface and functionality are superb. Matthew at Flex has been excellent throughout and everything discussed prior to us proceeding with the system was delivered as promised. Follow-up support has also been excellent.
