After discovering some resident rats in my garden , rang killline . Lovely man came out I think he was called Dale . Reassured me as he could see I was anxious . He got rid of the problem using pet safe techniques as he was aware I had a young dog . He came over 4 weeks and every time took his shoes off in the house , was polite and even made an extra effort with my disabled son . My dog actually wanted to go home with him after the last visit .

Dale came round the day after I rang and solved my problem with wasps at the front of my house. Didn’t take him long at all. He also checked there was no wasps in my loft.
