"India - 22 Cities in 42 Days"

Waytoindia orgarized a 42 day trip starting Jan 20, 2023 to India for me where I visited old temples/ ruins in primarily south India. It was an arduous task as my criteria was for monuments approx. 1K years or older. Most of these monuments were in small towns where the availability of decent hotels, flights, cars was limited not to mention the task to organize where my time was not waisted. I ended up visiting 22 cities. WaytoIndia was instrumental in helping me find the right hotel (as many of the small towns I visited didn't have 4* or above availability), right transport company (having a clean car and reliable driver is a must in India), the right guides (this part was crucial). Not to mention coordination and communications between these parties so my time was utilized well. WaytoIndia was in constant touch with me thruout my visit and updated me on the activities for the next day travel (I found this to be so helpful). I found the service to be exceptional. My trust with waytoindia remained High thru-out the trip. They were professionaI, reliable and communicated well and clearly thru out my visit. I would use them again for any future travels and I highly recommend their services.

"First time to India"

My family was the first time to India during the Christmas in Dec. We planned a golden triangle tours for 7 days. Luckily we met Mohit, we would much appreciate for the arrangements and service that Mohit provided. I was also impressed for the driver Ram, he paid attention to drive the car during a trip. That was good for us, we trusted his professional driving skill and could take a rest in a car.

Did a 20 day trip across North India in February-March 2019. Mohit, from WaytoIndia, listened and responded to all our needs in planning the trip. It was a wow experience for my sister, Shakun, my sister-in-law, Rosh and I. Travelled across Delhi, Rishikesh, Vrindavan, Agra, Jaipur, Udaipur, Mother, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer and Varanasi. The service was superb with airport pick-up and transfers, accommodation bookings and being driven from one city to the next in an air-conditioned car with an experienced driver. Really appreciative of the brochure put together by WaytoIndia that details the whole itinerary. The driver was efficient; always on time, and negotiated the heavy traffic with deft and skill. We felt truly safe with him, despite what seemed to be the organized chaos of India's traffic, where cows are often the kings and queens of the road. However, we wished that the driver would take the time and initiative to get to know something about the destinations that he was taking tourists to ... for him it was just a job. Took a flight (also organized by Mohit) to Varanasi where we had another driver, Atul for a short period. He was way friendlier and went out of his way to make the brief visit really memorable. I travelled to India, organized with WaytoIndia, previously where we had an excellent driver who went the extra mile in ensuring that the trip was as pleasurable as possible. Drivers, who spend much time with tourists, must understand that their moods and treatment of guests can make a world of difference to the travel experience. Perhaps some investment can be made in the training of drivers in hospitality and etiquette?

"Memorable Visit through WAY TO INDIA"

As informed earlier, the Driver was waiting for us at the first destination to drop us at the Hotel. Throughout the Tour (except Sasan Gir)we never faced problem on staying as it was booked 4* Hotels which were spacious for our family by wayto India. Great Honest arrangements by way to India. Honesty by way to India induces for 2nd time travel.

"Two Weeks in Himachal Pradesh (Temples & Sightseeing)"

This has been my fourth or fifth time (at least) traveling with Way to India. As always, I am so grateful for the excellent arrangements and service by Mohit and his team. He was patient as I altered the itinerary many times and found for me just the perfect balance of relaxation and sightseeing / pilgrimage that I was looking for. When I fell sick, he helped make the arrangements needed for my flight. When the hotel in Chandigarh had a glitch, he took care of it right away and got me a free upgrade. He and his team are always just one call away. I also must commend Bhavani, the driver for the trip -- he is an expert driver, very knowledgeable, always professional and just a wonderful person. I will be booking a trip with Way to India again, very soon!

"A once in a lifetime experience but not one we are likely to want to repeat"

I was truly impressed with how our driver was able to maneuver through the traffic in N India. He was great! Our guide was good and knowledgeable especially about Jaipur. He was not as knowledgeable about the other cities that we visited, but for the most part the local guides were good and understandable.
I had a little trouble communicating with the guide about taking pictures, on a couple occasions I told him that I wanted to take a picture of something we were approaching or passing and he said sure, but never stopped the car to do so. I learned that I had to tell him specifically to stop before we got to the place.
I also did not like the shopping experience at the places that he took us. It may just be a cultural difference, but I am more accustomed to shopping where I can through the goods, say rugs, at different stores and then choose what I like. The shopping experience in India was that we went to a particular merchant he showed us all examples of the rugs that he had for sale and we had to the option of purchasing what he had or not.
I also think that our guide didn't really understand our desire to be out in the country and be able to walk around ourselves as part of the experience that we enjoyed.

"Worth it!"

I Visited the Do Dham ex Dehradun on the 10&11of May 2017 with my family inclusive of my Parents.

With the divine providence and earnest desire of my respected Mother to have a glimpse of the holiest shrine on the earth ,I started looking out for the best charter service that would fit our plan to cover the prominent shrines of KedarBadri in just a day or two mainly due to the medical constraints imposed on my parents.
After meticulous research,I shortlisted a couple of services that suited my itinerary and enquired them over the phone.It took just 10 minutes of conversation with Mr Mohit,(Travel agent,Way to India) to finalise my Travel company for this once in a life time visit .I was impressed at the etiquette of Mr Mohit as he quickly deciphered the purpose of our visit and addressed all the concerns and reassured about the facilities and convenience to the elderly passengers.
He also elaborated on the journey, soujourn and accommodative when we decided to stay overnight at Shri Badridham to fulfill the religious obligations.
Not only that ,he provided travel guidance to Haridwar,Rishikesh and hotel booking at Haridwar at an excellent hotel ( Hotel Ganga Lahari)as we decided at the last moment to extend our stay in the lap of Himalayas.

Thanks to Mr Vineet our tour guide (nominated by Mr Mohit)at Shri Badridham who obliged to our request and booked Seva and aarti tickets and went out of his way to get us a peaceful and detailed vision of the Lord that rejuvenated us ,more so my Father to embark upon more shrines in the region.
Special Thanks to Mr Aggarwal for arranging local airport transfer and guiding us rightly for local sight visit at Haridwar.My sincere thanks to all the people that were involved in our transit to and from Dehradun.

Well..some hitches to mention: we set out out lately from Dehradun to Kedar (delayed by 3 hours) .we were told it was due to inclement weather,the possibility of which was informed priorly to us.
We arrived in Kedar but sans an agent to accompany us that left us clueless about the transit helicopter's timing with unnecessary waiting for about 2 hours.Nevertheless we saw this as an opportunity to view the beautiful spectacle of the glacier trodden great mountains and peaks of Neelkant.
We arrived at Badri at 4 pm that forbade us from performing rituals to ancestors the same day.But since we stayed overnight at Badridham,we still managed to perform our duties the next morning.
At instances felt we were overcharged for some services specially at Badrinath,but it was all worth it!

Overall, it was a very fulfilling divine experience to all of us ,the breathtakingly amazing aerial views of the sacred Himalayas is in itself a wonder to behold .Our heart felt thanks to each and everyone that made it an unforgettable memory of the lifetime.

Would definitely visit again ! Definitely it is a Way to India!

I added them and start communicating about my tour which I planned with my family.
