I was going to buy some patio slabs from B&Q, but no stores had them in stock, and I wanted to see them before buying. House of Mosaics had the same slabs and did free samples, which was great. My only complaint is that it was a very small section of a patterned tile, so it wasn’t great for getting a good idea of slabs - it would have been absolutely fine for non-patterned. Long story short, B&Q had these slabs on backorder whereas House of Mosaics seemed to have them in stock, so I ended up buying from them despite them being slightly more expensive. Upon checkout, it didn’t give an expected delivery date, so I emailed them on a Friday evening to enquire and shockingly got an immediate response saying that they would be dispatched within a couple days. The courier called the day before delivery to schedule a good time. Very smooth process and very happy with the order and delivery.
