The product is great, dispatch was really quick and then comes the weak link yep its DPD - this is a business premises we go home at 4.30 if you try delivering after 6.30 in the evening there will be nobody there so it took an additional week before a driver was able to get to us by 4.00 and deliver. You could put that down to bad luck as to where we are on the round but we have setup a profile of when we can take deliveries and separate method of delivery and even a sign on the door but all of these are ignored. Could the round not be reversed each day so that deliveries that would otherwise not be made one day would at least be made the next - yep probably too easy.
