"My mosaics were delivered the next day…"

My mosaics were delivered the next day following me placing my order online. They were packaged well and arrived without any breakages. The mosaics look great. I can't wait to get them fitted in my downstairs cloakroom. Many thanks Houseofmosaics. I would certainly shop with you again.

Placed an order for over £600 of product and only half arrived. I contacted HoM the following day and they chose to ignore my message. I have since sent numerous correspondence and they continue to ignore. So I feel they have knowingly stolen from me. There is no excuse to ignore my correspondence if their intention was to send the full shipment. Total lack of customer service. Emails blatantly ignored. RIP off company.

The product is excellent but the delivery experience was abysmal...the shipper delivered my tiles to the wrong address and left them outside in the rain....I reported this to House of Mosaics and they just ignored my complaint...it’s no wonder they don’t publish a phone number for customer service - it’s non-existent.
