The aftercare has been excellent with a full demo and clear guidance on how to get the best out of our new stove.

"Dead birds and nest removal"

I found I had a dead bird in my chimney and asked Phil if he could come and remove it urgently. Phil fit me in quickly even though he was busy and it turned out to be a massive job as was blocked with old nests and 4 dead birds. Phil did an amazing job at removing everything and sweeping chimney after. He stayed until it was completed which took him much longer than expected due to size. The team was polite, friendly and tidy and did a great job. Thanks so much we will be using you again when we move house. Definitely recommend 👍🏼
