"Danfoss water temperature controller"

Ordered on the 20th December 2014 - it is now 16th January 2015
Still no goods arrived
Still no phone call to say it is delayed
Still no email or snail mail to say it is delayed
Will ask for money to be returned at the end of next week if the situation continues.
Will not use or recommend BHL again as a result of my dealings.
Oh .. and by the way, ( I called them to ask what had happened to it) - The reply was that they were waiting for it to come from their suppliers - so basically they advertise and sell components (take your money) that they don't actually have.
I gave them 2 stars as no one has actually been rude to me yet!

I ordered a small replacement part nearly 2 weeks ago , heard or received nothing after 10 days , so decided to ring them to be told they had had a rush on them and they were out of stock . This is an air switch for a waste disposal we are talking about ?? . Was told will be at least another 10 days , the least they could have done was an apology in an email . sorry will never use them again or recommend them .

Price was excellent, Ordered the items. No information about the delivery. Checked after 5 days, customer care person said item are scheduled to leave them on that day and item should be delivered in couple of days. After 12 days no signs of delivery. Now the status is that they are waiting to get one of the item. Cancelled the order and bought it from some other company.

Ordered two large radiators and needed them in 2/3 days time because of when my plumber could fit them?? Nothing seem to be a problem at all.
The very helpful customer service guy contacted the supplier and no probs, the radiators were here when he said and in the morning.The delivery person brought them into the house all by himself! I'm a female and would have tried to help him, although lifting a 75kg radiator would have been a struggle for me, but he never asked!
So pleasantly surprised by the whole experience and full of praise for all of them at BHL. Very well done and big thank you.
Will be back for more radiators.

"Internet purchase is not always reliable !"

Having placed my order 31/12/14 and payment having been taken immediately, I expected to receive my order within 7 days.
After no contact from the supplier I telephoned them to ask when I could expect my order to be delivered.
After some delay I was informed that the goods were out of stock and that new stock was due at the end of February.
