DON'T BOTHER you'll never receive your parcel, there quite happy to take your money & then fob you off over & over when you contact them. 2months later & still not received my parcel! Waste of time, wish I never bothered.
Looks like I'm going to have to file a claim with PayPal as they obviously have no intention of sorting it out.

Simply put Health Monthly AND their alt-name companies ( Swanson Vits & others) are a shambles.
Ordered in September 2020 .... no-show. Copy & paste replies blame Covid. I've regularly had mail from all over the world since the order, a postie friend says it's untrue that Covid has delayed mail from Jersey/France/USA for 4 months! They select the (very) few positive TrustPilot reviews to put on their websites front pages.
Maybe the Brexit import/export chaos will see the end of theser crooks.
Eventually refunded by Paypal.
EDIT 27/3/21 I believe they have gone bankrupt, well Health Monthly has, I guess their other clones will still be scamming.

"waste of time and money"
I've placed my order on the 30th of October last year and never received my items. I've sent few emails regarding my case and finally asking for refund on the 23/12 as I was fed up with waiting any longer.The company wasn't helpful at all and the emails which I received back from them didn't contain any information regarding refund.They kept on writing that the delivery is now delayed etc. I was lucky enough to pay through paypal so now I'm claiming refund through them and currently awaiting for the case to be so finally solved.

"Placed order on 15.10.20 and as of 04.01.21, I am still waiting for it."
Placed my order on 15 October 2020. It’s now 4 January 2021. I have chased and chased the order. Health Monthly reply with generic emails, asking for patience. They have disabled their Helpline. A CSA eventually emailed me, and asked for me more patience. I asked for a refund. They won’t give it. I am going to have to claim the money back through my credit card company. They are still selling products to unwitting customers! Shockingly bad.

"Still a good site."
There are a lot of angry one star reviews which is a bit confusing, considering how amazing this site is. To anyone thinking of ordering, they have just put up a massive 70 percent off sale, and the deals you can get you'll never find anywhere else. I've ordered many times from them and always had great service. Due to brexit, covid AND this sale there's going to be problems. But if it weren't for this site I wouldn't have been able to find so many great US supplements at decent prices. I have an order and I expect it will take longer than usual but that doesn't make this a bad company. I've recommended this site to family and friends becausw of their stupidly large range of supplements.
I have no affiliation with this site. However, many people have said they shouldn't be taking so many orders if they can't handle them, and deal with their backlog first, and this is true. Guys, it's more important to make sure you successfully send out orders rather than getting as many as you can, otherwise people will stop ordering.

I can't leave lower score I've waited 4 months after paying and still receiving the same auto response making excuses. STAY WELL AWAY. A SCAM COMPANY WHO WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU NOTHING.

Ordered something in Oct 2020. It's Jan 2021 and item still has not been dispatched. They have not personally answered any of the 3 emails I sent- only scripted replies - and their phone is offline. They are in breach of the Sale of Goods Act but don't seem to give a damn I'm really angry with them and the lack of customer service and communication. STAY AWAY from this company; they really couldn't care less about you!

I have been waiting for my order for well over 3 months. When you contact them you get the same reply about shortage of supplies. I have asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. This has not happened. Whilst waiting for my order I have ordered the same product from another company twice and received them very quickly. I will never use this company again.

"Buyer beware!"
Well, a quick read and it seems like I'm not the only one being fobbed off by Michelle Caballes. I placed an order on 31 October 2020 (ironic, as this is the most horrific customer service I've ever encountered) and we're now facing the last day of January (so a full three months on) and I still haven't received my order - and I'm starting to think I never will.
When I wrote to the company on 22 December, chasing up where my order was, I got an extremely long and convoluted explanation from Michelle Caballes telling me my products are from their US brand range and that US to UK and EU shipments are subject to longer transit time for customer clearance, due to blah blah blah. It went on and on. But what it didn't answer was when I could expect my order to arrive. I'm not interested in customs clearance etc. If your website has .co.uk after it, customers expect a swift dispatch. If you can't fulfil that, let them know clearly on your website before they place an order. Although I suspect that if HealthMonthly (another irony - more like HealthThreeMonthAndCountingWait) were to put up an honest disclaimer that you're ordering on the never-never, they would lose business overnight. But people deserve to know - especially those ordering products that they are buying for health-reasons. You'd either be cured or dead by the time Health Monthly's items arrive if you're relying on them for any form of health support.
Interestingly, I have ordered other products from the both the US and the UK after placing the Health Monthly order and they all arrived in decent time. Not super-quick (nobody would expect that with orders from abroad) but certainly within a month, so I don't actually buy the longwinded explanation I was given. I'm beginning to feel that this company is actually a bit of a scam. I will now be seeking a refund asap, as I no longer need or want the product I originally ordered and, frankly, don't trust the quality of product coming from such a shoddy company.

"Ordered 91 days ago no goods or refund"
PayPal have now refunded my payment.
Placed order 91 days ago and Michelle Caballes still refusing to acknowledge it is lost and give a refund. Again today told me all orders will be delivered within 30 day period from ordering?! This was ordered for a 93 yr old on limited pension who can ill afford to lose this money. I have been chasing for last month and just get long meaningless replies that contradict themselves. The company is a disgrace!
