"Great prices, Poor execution"

I ordered Berberine on 7th August. It's now 4th October still no sign of it. Thankfully, I paid using PayPal and I've had a refund. If you are going to use Health Monthly make sure you pay using PayPal or a credit card. If you email customer service you'll get an automated reply. Sometimes you'll get three automated replies to the same message.
This was my first time using them and will be my last.

I have still not received my order, which was placed on 10/08/20. I have received one unsatisfactory reply from the company and will now be requesting my money back.
I would not recommend this company.

Very poor service. I ordered in August and I am still waiting to receive my order. They can't even provide an estimated date when I will receive my order. I ordered ink cartridges from Switzerland and I received them within 7 days.... well it appears that Jersey is on the other side of the world and the way they keep going on about delays due to Covid. Complete rubbish.

Still no item after over two months. After many discussions via email, the team are reluctant to issue my refund. I'm still chasing this and will need to speak to bank to get money back.

Absolutely rubbish company! My order hasn’t arrived two months later and now not replying to emails so going to claim a refund through PayPal! Avoid at all costs

"Terrible service"

The service we have received is by far the worst we have experienced in online shopping. No communication unless chased...... and the order has still not arrived 10 weeks after ordering although payment was taken on 6th August. Last response to my chaser stated order would be received by 21st September. Will not be using this company again.
