"Has Health Monthly gone into administration?"

Another poster says Health Monthly have gone into administration. I placed a big order late in 2020 and they owe me a lot of money. How do we customers organise ourselves to lobby as a group for a refund?

As customers we are at the back of the queue of creditors in an administration but we can make up voice heard and maybe that will help us get proper attention to get repaid.

Has anyone formed a group to co-ordinate unfulfilled customer orders?

Still no response to my Jan 10th email regarding a refund for non delivery of a Oct 5th 20 order. I have now made a claim with Paypal. Health Monthly seem to have ALL their products 'out of stock' on their website, praps they have stopped trading.....

I have put an order on 5th Oct 2020. I have been notified that only part of items were shipped and that part arrived 27th Oct, which is good. on 22nd Nov 2020 I have received update that the rest of the order was shipped and estimated dates were 24th and 28th Dec. On 26th Jan 2021, I have written an email asking for update. I got an automated email that my message was received and a reply will come within 24 hours. 29th Jan (3 days later) still no reply, i have sent a second email, this time no reply at all.

My order was expected to arrive on November 2nd.
Only 88 days more and today it arrived.
It immediately made the day happy!

Ordered 4 bottles of fever few in November, and despite chasing up my order and numerous reassurances that I would get my order soon/stock problems in USA (I’m in UK??) I’ve still not received my products. Customer services are no longer responding to emails.have health monthly gone bust?

I had so far an horrible experience. I placed an order in October and now is the end of January and still the item has not arrived. Till December they claimed that the had some problems with logistics and now they don't even reply to my emails. They also refuse to reimburse me when the item didn't even arrive to their warehouse.

Having had no problems over several years with deliveries of items I ordered from Healthmonthly, it would never before have occurred to me to read their reviews on Trustpilot.

Having done so, I now see why my last order, placed on Nov 11th, has never arrived despite the company having notified me by email that despatch was completed on November 19th.

I now realise that that was a complete lie - no other word for it - and their subsequent replies to my emails asking when my order would arrive, were also lies. The MD must have known in November, if not earlier, that orders placed then were never going to be fulfilled so the company was taking customers’ payments under false pretences.

I have today received a full refund of £40 from PayPal for my order placed on 25th November with Health Monthly, and no goods received. Thank you to them.
The morale of the story is whenever possible, pay for goods under £100 on The Internet through PayPal, and not with a Credit Card. Most Credit Cards will not pursue a dispute of less than £100.
I have always found PayPal excellent in such matters.
As for Health Monthly.... Shameful them taking money and not fulfilling them, nor issuing refunds!
