"What a wonderful fruitful experience"

What a wonderful fruitful experience! I spent 30 min. with Jeremy at Live Traders and by screen sharing, he quickly showed me many helpful tips to optimize my time on the Website from the daily Live Trade Briefs, to courses, to clearing Cookies and History, etc. Honestly, if you are struggling at all ... even alittle... please contact them to set up a 30 min. meeting. You'll be happy you did! Anne

"Excellent Service"

Excellent service, Jared and Anmol are at the top of their game and prove it everyday in the live trading room. If you are new to trading I would highly recommend checking out the LiveTraders website and joining the family.

"Jeff’s Coaching Class"

Jeff’s Coaching class allowed me to explore a new strategy that I believe aligns more with my personality as a trader. I was struggling trying different strategies for about two years and this class gave me the tools that I needed to execute a trading plan I feel comfortable and confident about. The class gave me insight on the importance of remaining a patient trader at the open, cutting the noise around me and the value of tree branch indicators that I was previously ignoring in my trading. I’ve noticed an improvement in my trading since the course and have also been able to reduce the average amount I’m losing per trade by using Jeff’s strategy. I would recommend this class to anyone who is not only a beginner, but also still trying to discover who they are as a trader.

"Anmol Newsletter is a joke"

signed up to Anmol's swing newsletter and his "the one" newletter that includes options and long term invest alerts since July 2021 because he advertised his amazing "50%" gain in first half of 2021 thinking that he must really know his trades.
After i joined the newsletter, his trades are just a mix of wins and losses that just kinda break even. if you fail to follow his trades exactly you would end up taking more of the losing trades since the few winning trades are suppose to cover for the many 1R losing trades. His options alerts are also a mix bag of hits and misses that just doesn't grow your account trying to follow it. When he had a bunch of closed winning options trades he posted it on twitter to show off but he would not show all the losing open trades. I should've stay away when you only see a trader posting only gains and not showing their losses. it's all marketing to get you to pay for his service since it makes him so much more money than actually trading. As for his long term investing newsletter, it's full of bag holding and we're just "drinking the hopium" like Jared always say until the market goes on a bull run again to recover the loss. I am still negative from following his trades and i can't even imagine getting back to break even and getting my subscription money back from his trades.

"Knowledge starts here."

The material is very thorough in my opinion. Covers chart concepts, management strategies (money and trading), formation of a trading plan and a whole host of other aspects. Value far exceeds the cost. If you want to learn technical analysis with no fluff, no worthless garbage, and with experienced traders, this is where you want to be.

"Longtime user - they're bordering on fraudulent at this point"

Update: LT disputed this, documentation was provided and Trust Pilot allowed it.

I listed my room name and YOU KNOW I have all the emails. I WAS a user and not affiliated with any "competitor." Claiming that is so dishonest. Proposing this review is "fake" is not credible. My initial review, even throughout many of the issues, was complimentary and five stars.
Their BBB rating is an "F" on the A, B, C, D, F grading scale.

The site is "not registered" or "accredited" with the BBB, but that doesn't mean that complaints can't be filed against them.

The market has been rough, and this isn't a reflection on the in room trades which have not been very good this year. Many trades are called out by Jared and Anmol but not taken. If the trade goes well, they refer back to it. If it doesn't, they don't mention it again. The trades they take, they seem to make money which they claim to have records of. So, to be fair, edited.

But their customer service towards those that pay for their service and their business ethics are terrible. They have A LOT of subscribers, and make a lot of money from them. So they couldn't care less when their services don't work for people.

First, my credit card was compromised through no fault of their site. But, when I tried to change the credit card information, I was told to send it in an email which is clearly not secure nor good practice for a business to do. After about two weeks of leaving messages at customer service, and never being called back, I changed my review. Finally, someone called to take my credit card information.

Next, I cancelled a service (the credit spread) because I was unable to use it on my account. I had also subscribed to Anmols options alerts, and he began to use spreads often. When I asked why he was doing them so much and that some of use couldn't use it, he literally told me to lie to my broker filling out the information on my account to bolster my experience to be able to do spreads. Also, he's been taking high in the money options when not using spreads. A single contract might cost 2k to 3k, which is fine, but most don't have the capital to take them all.

The next month, I was charged for the credit spread service again. I was told that they couldn't refund me, but wouldn't charge me next month even though I sent an email, and received a confirmation email from Elora that she received and would mark it as cancelled about three weeks before the charge. Finally, after saying it wasn't acceptable, I received a refund.

Subscribing to the Options Alerts, I received texts when Anmol bought options. Switching to the new site, the texts stopped and we were expected to have their site open or the android app, which was fine. Except, the push notifications didn't work (and still don't). When some of us mentioned the alerts weren't working, we were told that we were still getting emails, but we were receiving them well after the purchase meaning the price of the option would sometimes go up significantly. For a couple days, Anmol resumed texts but then stopped. In the room, when I mentioned we still weren't getting them, I was chastised for being a "complainer" and Jared mentioned that each text costs $100 to send, and added "But you probably don't care about that." I don't, actually. Because it's a problem with your site, and you should make sure your customers get the services for which they paid until your new system works properly. It's business common sense.

So, this "complainer," is done. People get told often, "I don't need your money" when they raise a concern. I've heard it multiple times. Jared likes to be blunt and straight forward dealing with people in the room, which is excellent when it comes to trading. But, he accepts no criticism, even when it's valid. Calling your customers "complainers" and then complaining yourself about how much it costs to provide the service for which your customers paid is simply bad business practice.

To be honest, I mostly did my own trades but enjoyed the presentation in the trading room and enjoyed Jared and Anmol personality wise. Anmols option alerts, when they work, are very good. But, when the service stops working, when you get told to send your credit card information unsecured, when you get charged for something you cancelled, it becomes too much.

I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau so that at least this is on all their file. I've luckily saved every email, both on my part and theirs.

The customer service number seems mostly to be to contact them for sales opportunities. In two years, I've never had anyone answer or call me back from it when I've had issues.
