I cannot believe the fantastic service I received from this company, specifically from a young lady called Ellie. First of all this was the only company I could find which actually sold the small valve I needed, and it cost around £6, but the standard (and only) shipping cost was to be £12-50, or free for collect only. I arranged with Ellie for me to send up a shipping labelled Jiffy bag, and she put the effort in to coordinate the necessary actions to get it sent off to me. I am really impressed. The total cost to me was less than £10, instead of the standard £19 approx. The only downside is that the company does not offer a range of shipping costs. They should.
