Couldn’t ask for better customer service. Very helpful and responded immediately when there was a problem with the delivery [not their fault]. Kept in touch with me and sent a replacement. And the ear-rings are just beautiful. A very happy customer.

I ordered a pair of earrings between Christmas and New Year and had a nice email advising the workshop would be closed until after New Year. After that I got updates with the status. They arrived today and I’m thrilled with them.
