Trimmed more than half a 15 lb brisket off to lard. There's a difference between marbling and lard. Very Very disappointed for the money. Will never buy again.

"The first two orders were fine"
The first two orders were fine. My third order was terrible. I purchased 4 strip steaks at 79.00 a piece. My 8 year old son refused to eat the steak. I have never had anything so tough in my life. I notified the company before I wrote this review. I asked them to refund my unused portion of the gift card. They said no. No refund, No replacement and no return of unused money. I have been a chef for over 25 years so I know how to cook if you are wondering. The steaks were also very small.
