"Great Steamer"

I have previously owned a competitors steamer and was not happy. It broke after very limited use and was not reparable. I listened to Kevin's videos and found him very informative and honest. I am now very happy with my purchase. It’s a well built machine. The pressure is strong, with many adjustments, and easy to use. These machines are repairable whereas my last machine was not. In addition, Kevin has taken the time to explain how to use the machine in his many videos. I couldn't be happier! Thank you, Kevin.

Works exactly as described. Easy to lug around. Does an amazing job on the kitchen and bathrooms. Don't rely on simple store-bought cleaning sprays -- they pale in comparison to the power of this mighty steam cleaner.

Had a good experience with CHIEF Steamers with my purchase. Only critique would be that some work is needed on its WEB Site. It is difficult to keep my account information up to date.

This is the best steamer I have ever used. I bought the 125 back in 2020. Last month, March 2025, was the first time I had an issue. I called the Chief, gave him my symptom and part was on his way. Super easy to replace. No issue at all. Once completed steamer delt brand new again.

Now a disclaimer Yes, I follow all guidelines for maintenance on my machine.

"Worth the money "

After having the steamer for two weeks, I’ve already noticed my cleaning times have dropped drastically.
Set up with quick and easy. The provided instructions covered everything that I needed to know and how to maintain the unit.
I also purchased the extractor piece for it and it does a very good job on light To medium soiled carpets and seats.
Definitely recommend for any medium to large scale detailing company.
