The trolley is lovely and sturdy, the only issue I have is with the handle which seems to twist & makes the trolley a bit difficult to manoeuver

The initial parcel was delayed by the delivery company. I contacted the help and support team and they were superb. I needed the sleeping bags for the weekend and they sent out another 2 by express delivery which I received on Thursday. Communication and support was superb. Thank you again.
