They are liars promising a refund for your listing if you didn’t get your $ back on rentals after a year.. they never since my calendar properly and I did not get one booking for our 8 BR oceanfront house in Hilton head that books 47 weeks of the year!!! I called for a refund after 9 months and Rose smith and Lisa said I needed to wait the year out.. the year just ended and Peter just said they have no such guarantee and if I had called earlier I could have gotten a partial refund!!! SHAME on YOu BEWARE and DO NOT LiST with them!!!
